1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PantryAlchemy Cooking Lab website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Class Registration and Payment

2.1 Booking

All class bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

2.2 Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice

2.3 Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking. Please bring this confirmation to your class or have it available on your mobile device.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 7 days before class: Full refund or credit toward another class
• 4-7 days before class: 50% refund or full credit toward another class
• Less than 4 days before class: No refund, but credit may be issued at our discretion
• No-shows: No refund or credit

3.2 PantryAlchemy Cancellations

If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another class. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

4. Class Participation

4.1 Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 16 years old unless the class is specifically designated for younger students. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4.2 Health and Safety

• Participants must disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to class
• We cannot guarantee allergen-free environments
• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
• We reserve the right to remove participants who pose a safety risk

4.3 Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Cooking involves inherent risks including but not limited to cuts, burns, and allergic reactions. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge these risks and agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
• Use equipment and tools properly
• Inform us of any medical conditions or allergies

PantryAlchemy Cooking Lab, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during or as a result of class participation, except where prohibited by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All recipes, techniques, materials, and content provided during classes are the intellectual property of PantryAlchemy Cooking Lab or licensed to us. You may use this information for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.

7. Photography and Recording

We may photograph or video record classes for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed/recorded and to our use of such media. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in writing before the class.

Participants may take photos for personal use but may not record video or audio without explicit permission.

8. Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are non-refundable
• Gift certificates must be used within one year of purchase
• Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced
• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
